I give you Simple Alert Blocks plugin, I think the name describes what it does clearly. You can create unlimited alert blocks using WordPress’ new block editor. This styles the alert blocks to the Bootstrap alert block without having to load Bootstrap onto your site.
This only works with the Block Editor, and this will either require you to install the Gutenberg plugin or run WordPress 5.0+
The reason this was built, is that I needed a way to have these notices available for my personal site(s) and I just needed an alert block, nothing that bundles another 5-10 page builder type modules.
